This Privacy Policy explains how EWS (Emergent Wireless Solutions) ("EWS", "we") collects and uses information in EWS Projects and in work text messages sent by EWS.

What we collect

How we use it

Only to run EWS's work with you: coordinating job sites, schedules, deliveries and purchase orders, and keeping records of those communications. We do not send marketing messages.

SMS / text messaging

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. We share information only with service providers that deliver our messages and calls (for example our phone carrier, Twilio), solely to provide the service.

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep records while you work with EWS and as required for business records. To ask what we hold or to have it deleted, email a.luck@ewsnetworks.com.

Delete your EWS Projects account

To delete your EWS Projects account (app by EWS / Emergent Wireless Solutions), email a.luck@ewsnetworks.com from the email you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my EWS Projects account". Within 30 days we remove your account, profile, photo, password and app notifications, and release your EWS phone line. Project records, invoices and call/text logs that EWS must keep for its business records are kept, with your name removed where possible.
